Stress and Personal Life
I always thought I had to be busy to keep myself from boredom, but I realized I could not do it anymore as I got older. I got tired, started calling off work, could not get out of bed, etc. I am someone who struggles with depression, and fighting that AND stress is not something manageable. I was constantly juggling school, work, color guard, and doing plays that I needed to remember my time. I realized I could not do it, so I learned and still am learning to manage time better. The best way to time work is to write out everything you have going on. Make a list of priorities, then have a different list of what you want to do or get involved in. Write down the dates and times when they happen; if some work, then wait to do it.
